Summertime is in full swing, and what better way to celebrate than spending time outdoors with great music and local food and drinks. Don’t miss the Castle Rock Summer Jam music festival. The Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park is heating up Sunday, July 29. Tickets are on sale now. The festival was started by two local musicians in 2017 as a way to enjoy an all-day music festival close to home. Plus, it’s all for a good cause. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Douglas/Elbert Task Force, and several scholarships have been created to benefit local high school students who participate in music programs.
